Customer Update

Dear WhatsMine member, 

In light of the current and evolving COVID-19 situation, we would like to update you on some changes we’re making to the WhatsMine App.

As of Wednesday 01 April, we will be archiving the Rewards and Offer feed within the app for the foreseeable future. We are doing this to streamline the app functionality and keep our services free to customers. During this time, we will retain our Wallet functionality and will keep the app free for our 100,000+ customers to use. 

What does this mean for me?

The ability to create an Account to back up your WhatsMine wallet and cards remains, so if you haven't already, please create an account to avoid losing your details. You will still be able to add new loyalty cards and membership programs during this time and new users can still download WhatsMine to store digital loyalty cards and barcodes. 

We’d like to thank our loyal customers and brand partners for coming along this journey so far and for your continued support during this difficult time. We will continue to provide updates on the WhatsMine app over the coming months.
